Suspicious Vehicles - Reproduced from the latest issue of COUNTRY EYE

Kent Police are interested in the following suspicious vehicles...

NEW: KK04 MFL (from a Country Eye member). Van seen in Knatts Valley recently asking for scrap metal & was seen up a driveway.

NEW: R855 RER (in Surrey). A blue Shogun was seen acting suspiciously outside a farm shop in Godstone. The police national computer shows the vehicle to be a blue Rover.

NEW: PE08 YBD (in Surrey). A White Ford Transit Tipper acting suspiciously in NewchapelWhen asked what he was doing the driver said he was turning around, which was strange as there were several turning places he could have turned around previously. (Surrey Police incident no: P12023438).

NEW: 04G8 233 (in Surrey). Red Transit acting suspiciously in South Godstone. When challenged, the occupants said they were looking for a farm shop. (Surrey Police incident no: P12023754).

NEW: X352 WGRA 4x4 (in Surrey). This registration number belongs to a blue Subabru that had the plates stolen. If seen on a vehicle (probably a 4x4) that’s not a blue Subabru, please call 999 at the time for Surrey Police and quote TD/12/432.

registration believed to be SDP7 XMC (from a Country Eye member): White box van ‘asking for scrap metal’ at a farm in Underriver recently.

registration believed to be similar to YK08 PSE (from a Country Eye member): White van with red writing on the side “Road Resurfacing” drove into a driveway in Bough Beech, and left quickly when they knew they were being watched.

NEW: M376 BLA Diahatsu Fourtrack seen across rural Sevenoaks and North Kent, believed to be involved in lamping.

“R” registration (from Sussex Police): Red estate car pulled into a farm in Blackham and drove around the buildings. When challenged, the male asked about grazing and hay.

X645 CCL (from Surrey Police): Two men in a red Ford Focus in Haxted were seen acting suspiciously, a couple of days before a quad bike was stolen from a shed.

S978 VOA (from Surrey Pollice): Red Subaru Legacy this vehicle is believed to be used in rural crime and we are very interested to know it's movements. If you do see it, please call 101 and ask that Paul Stone 10185 from Reigate Intelligence (Surrey Police) is notified.

NG51 UXL Two males in a white Ford Transit tipper (with "Tree Care" written on the side) have reversed into a driveway on Sundridge Hill in Knockholt.

M655 TRJ green Shogun – 4 males seen at a farm in Farningham with dogs & ferrets on 21st December.

S149 CUF white Vauxhall car with two males inside seen in Noahs Ark (Kemsing) activing suspiciously at a commercial premises and a stables nearby.

LX02 NNR white Renault Kangoo van. Seen by staff attempting to steal a metal spiral staircase in Fawkham on Thursday 8th December.
