Email Parcel Delivery ScamKent Trading Standards have had reports of consumers receiving an email from ‘USPC customer services’, with attachments, stating that a parcel could not be delivered...
All Areas
The consumer is then asked to download the attachments to obtain the parcel number, invoice etc and to send £21 for delivery. The email also states that the consumer will be charged storage fees if the item is not collected. We urge people not to open the attachments or to send any money. This is a scam and you will lose your money. To report any concerns you have call Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Consumer Service on 08454 04 05 06.
